Access Database Compact

1)If you are compacting a shared Microsoft Access database that is located on a software folder, make sure that no one else has it open.
2)On the Tools menu, point to Database Utilities, and then click Compact and Repair Database/Project.

Sql Database Compact

1)It will automatically shrink ,when the user open the software.

2)Click Backup Database
3)On the window,select the folder and set file name,then click to backup database
